I am sick of hearing all the excuses rolled out by our 'leadership group' in their weekly interviews and how we will turn it around, we need to have high intensity for all four quarters, that tackling is the key, etc, etc...

None of this crap counts and mkes them look more foolish, if come game time it is all forgotten!!

What I would like to see is for them to do something on the field - get ten tackles, make the opponents hurt and bleed, show some raw emotion on the field, etc, etc....

Honestly, I could go a week without hearing from the club, especially if i knew that when it is 2:10 on a saturday afternoon, they are ready to turn it on!!

I think that player interviews in general are a complete waste of time. What are they ment to say? They are not going to say anything negative, even if thats what they are thinking. Because they can't make the club or players look bad so why bother interviewing them at all. Its all just regurgitated cliches.

They should just save it for interesting news.

I agree - most are boring.

However, there's a massive market for footy, especially in Victoria.
