Has been a great player but still wont put his head over the ball. Not a good example for the kids. I hope Yoda is developing a tougher culture and i think he is.
Yep i agree
Great servant over the years, but will retire gracefully at the end of the year
-
Nice pix Fitz, they looked really cool :D
As for Simon Buckley, he looks like Greg Inglis the Melbourne Storm NRL player
-
Green will be the next captain
-
I would take Naitanui, with Watts a close second.
Naitanui because he could play in a few different roles
-
Fantastic achievement record, well done to all
Jim Stynes is the messiah
-
About 4 to 5 years time
-
Aah, just let him
He makes these boards fun
-
The whole game where the boys stood up for 4 quarters
-
That was a very good slide show. Enjoyed it
-
Thanks going to have to get that.
Yeah i agree the AFL Footy Show is way better than the league one
-
Crybaby, because he finally has to work for his spot after 10 years of doing nothing to keep his spot.
Stay there in QLD

Pretty disappointed when heard the news, but better get it fixed now and be right in the preseason
I am having the same surgery as Brock in August. It is a fairly simple operation, but he will need to be in plaster for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how it heals and how bad it is when they get into the operation.
After that he will of course do all the rehab and be fine for next year.
It is the sort of injury where you can put up with the pain and play, but the ligaments will never heal.
Ligaments, once they stretch, dont go back. They need to be pulled back and tightened. Surgery is the only way they can heal.
Also i love how he gets surgery straight away, while i, despite having private cover, need to wait 2 months to get in.
(not that i want him to have wait)
Thanks plough for explaining more about the surgery Brock and you have to have

I like it
The demon mascot was also in canberra last week

my top 3 by years end with a approx. goal tally
1. Aussie- 40-50 goals
2. Slyvia- 30 to 40 goals
3. Miller- 25 to 35 goals

A player's potential does not make them a gun, it just makes them a player with potential.
I think he's getting better and will be a good player for us, but we shouldn't dance around the hat too early
True, especially your last few words.

Let's leverage the 'Melbourne' name. Or is that 'Brand' in todayspeak?
- An alliance/arrangement with the Melbourne City Council. We are the club of the city, after all. I'd love to see Melbourne Town Hall decked out with the Red and Blue, selling Demon merchandise.
- What about the Zoo? MFC membership gets you free entry into Melbourne Zoo?
- Likewise Melbourne Museum.
Demonised that sounds like good ideas
How about red and blue flags all over the city on lightposts?
-
Finally Miller is showing his potential what Bailey saw at Mt Gavarrat QLD.
Excellent game
-
23,000+ in the end... That's ok...
Pretty good for an early game
+ what was the weather like?
-
I am impressed with the young guys standing up and show what they can do if our season was better.
Welcome to the future is what i say
-
Proud of the boys today. Nice win even if it was 1 point. Better than a draw or a narrow loss
Finally standing up
-
t we are about 250 people off 29,000 which is a freaking good effort,
 That is all i got to say. Very impressive
-
Spot on sylvinator
I like what DB is going as well
-
Definitely don't want him at the MFC spoiling our young kids
