I don’t agree with the assessment that May has lost a noticeable amount of mobility in recent weeks. If anything, he looks the best he’s looked all year. I think it was Montagna the other day that mentioned Lever and May are rated 1 and 2 for defenders the last 6 weeks.

Fun times.

Here is another stat I saw the other day Dub. No premier in 10 years has lost 2 of their last 4 Home & Away matches. This is why I want to beat Sydney this week.

A guy at the footy sitting close to us said he spotted Fritta and Harmes amongst a few others doing a training session at Goschs yesterday Macca. He wasn’t sure of the intensity though.

In 2021 we were a flashy 3yo on the way to a Melbourne Cup. We are now a very reliable dour stayer and we should be happy with the way we’re attacking this finals series. I was in awe of Jake Lever today, how he can still talk after a game is beyond me. His leadership is unbelievable and one of the best readers of play I have ever seen.

The worst part was 4-5 Crows players were too busy celebrating and that enabled the Swans to clear the ball from the kick in with ease really.
