I’m going the opposite on this. Our forwards worked extremely hard, created space and separation. Problem was we didn’t make the right decisions with the ball in the first half.

I’m not dropping him, he’s competing well imo. Club thinks so too, he’s vital up there. Reward will come, not sure taking him back to Casey will help. I saw him lead well numerous times and made space out the back and was either ignored or ball landed at his bootlaces. Some better delivery will help.

From where we sat the forward line wasn’t an issue. They created space and separation, the guys with the ball constantly took the wrong option …especially in the first half. I thought Rivers would’ve been a deserved winner of the medal also. He was super all night. Our defence is unbelievable, we should all marvel and appreciate what we have right now because after these blokes we might not see a backline like this ever again.
