Same here Wrecker. We all have our own opinions but that just seems spiteful, if they simply had enough just tell him to F off.

Sounds like a messed up individual and the young girls don't seem far off either according to the article. 

Obviously I know nothing as to what transpired but why would those young girls send pics and texts to his partner?

She mentioned the club had a duty of care to look after him and the article suggests they didn't.

Prior to the commencement of the round 23 game I had a chat with and for privacy reasons let's call him " ball boy" cause that's what he actually does, you know  the guy that kicks the ball back to the players in their muck around warm-up before the main one and he told me Jesse is going nowhere and scoffed at all the rumours.

I'm hanging my hat on that even though he told me we would win that day.

Goodwin does not equal Neeld.  Just because some of the FD aren't unanimous about trading him doesn't mean the decision to trade him is wrong.  

Agree with you on the Goodwin comment, but if the desicion is to trade him it doesn't mean it's right either.

Our opinions vary but the verdict will be played out over the next couple of seasons.

I wish they would just trade him tonight and end this crap.

Seriously, what has this club delivered the last decade? Diarrhoea, that's it!

He wasn't drafted to take contested marks even though he took the 6th most this season for us.

Was he drafted because he's a tackling machine? Me thinks not, even though he averaged more or the same amount of tackles as Buddy, Reiwoldt(Jack), Tex and Lever this season.

Is he the only player that's come back pre-season with my shite doesn't stink attitude? Well documented and responded well I thought.

Without any knowledge of the inner sanctum I go by what I see and some agree and some don't. 

He's very smart around goals and his work rate is almost second to none to create space in attack for our bigger forwards.

He was very consistent game to game prior to the hamstring injury.

Personally I believe he can offer plenty for us in the next few years if we continue the upwards trend.

With our team getting better over the last couple of seasons we saw some really good footy from Jack and some splendid efforts.

Like BB stated, that's footy but still sad to see him go.

I put it down to the fact that it's not actually a done deal, and I really want it to be a done deal.

It's also why I'll be supporting the Tigers hard on Sat. I don't want Lever to feel ultra bonded with the Crows and then do something really stupid like sign a new contract with them.

 

If he decides to stay, surely the club has a plan B although that wasn't evident during some games this season.

I can't think of anyone else the club would be targeting if this fails.
