Seems the accepted methods are a carton of grog or a few cones. And here I was thinking we were a diverse bunch on here.....

No such thing as jinxes etc, so go for your life.

You say that like half of them aren't hitting it already.

Yes, very good player at his best and will slot into their backline perfectly. Also still young enough to give them plenty of service. They have done extremely well here. It's horrible news.

To everyone attending tonights game, you are the eyes, ears and voices of 50 thousand isolating members, and many thousands more supporters who would kill to be in your position. Be loud, proud and bring our energy to the players please. faulty.

Just spoke to the nephew (insane Dees member) who is sending me crowd pics from the ground as it build up, and some crowd action during the game. Getting nervous now. We need the boys to take care of business early. oops, should have said i will post them as they arrive.

I think I've said it elsewhere, but I'm interested in how we handle the trade period now that Mahoney is no longer around. Do the people who remain have the same skill and cunning when it comes to trading, or were the people in the background doing the back and forth for him? With our seemingly crappy draft hand, it will be a minor miracle if we can get Cerra in without a player of some note requesting a trade out of the club.

Nice sentiment, but I would suggest it's not quite as romantic as that. Demonland is a haven for alcoholics of all beliefs and backgrounds.

Need a "woohoo" emoticon.

Was expecting a heap of angry replies to this, but I notice all but 1 person completely ignored it. That is painful reading, but it's exactly the mindset that a "winning" team takes into the big games, especially against a team that has consumed its own bathwater in the past. They identified our weaknesses and used they hype about us as mental ammo to push them to crush us and it worked a treat. Can't argue with a word he said. The only way to stop sides thinking about us like this is to win the big games. Flags bring respect.

i'd imagine they will have some nervous energy to expend. Let's all hope nobody does themselves any harm.

This is what I'm seeing from a few people recently. Let's win ONE before we start to talk like premierships are a dime a dozen.

I'm trying to get excited, but if I'm completely honest, I know less about Cerra than I do about any of our Casey listed players. This was Mahoneys forte. Will be interesting to see what eventuates, but it is telling that Cerra's manager hasn't announced his preferred club yet. It reeks of waiting for us to be finished before calling our name out on T.V.

But why would you waste one moment of your life worrying about how to replace a bloke who can rarely get a game and when he does he brings a trampoline chest and headless chook leading patterns? We need to trade this bloke while we can still get something in return.

That's like a re-enactment of a lunch break inside the truckies crib room where I work. Snorting and all. Just needed them to talk about fishing gear and boats to complete the picture.

I suppose they will need the free babysitters around once the kid arrives. God knows how short of time the wife will be, with all of those time consuming Instagram pics to upload every day and whatnot. I'd hold the [censored] to his contract unless it was a clear win in a trade.

Ah yes of course. That makes perfect sense.

I seem to recall giving my barcodes to a poster on 'Land last time we made finals. Actually, I recall quite a decent discussion about it. Never had any problems with the person I gave the code to either. **If this is against club membership rules then it may be a figment of my imagination and should be ignored as completely untrue** ;)
