Our game plan has clearly been worked out. We like to press high and turn over within our half of the ground and all the opposition need to do is flood our backline. Even if we bring the ball to ground there is no room to move for the smalls. 73 inside 50s sounds impressive but these are mostly garbage entries. 
 

Opposition need to turn the ball over maybe 6 times a game at our half forward line to kick over our press and score easy goals out the back to beat us at the moment. 
 

it looks exactly like our 2019 game plan. We’ve seen this movie before.

It needs to be called out. They are paid to be professional football players and the skill levels are not up to scratch. The game plan is not up to scratch. The way we play does not fill me with any confidence that we have an elite environment.

I didn’t get too excited after the Collingwood win. They were missing heaps of players and we nearly blew that one as well. This whole trying to win the territory battle reeks of our 2019 game plan and we all Know how that ended. 

Goodwin said he was proud of our effort today. That’s accepting mediocrity. 

We got the result we deserved. Worst skilled club in the comp right now. 

Harmes can’t get selected again.

Whatever we are trying to implement forward of centre is not working on game day. Our defence and midfield work is top 4. Our forward line work is bottom 2. Very frustrating to watch watch. The skill level in the forward 50 is not afl standard. Very 2019 looking . 

If we lose another game because of our amateur skill level inside 50 some serious questions need to asked about our training standards. 

The result will be based on whether we are loading at the moment. 

Our forwards need to learn to play in front. I shudder to look at intercept possessions stats for Geelong.

Here’s hoping we don’t have any “learnings” after the game. 
 

I thought we buried the Geelong era in that prelim in 2021. Surely tonight is the chance to truly end it.

Love kozzy, but he’s too talented to be there only for defensive running. Needs to fire up. He’s lacking composure, and the weekly Speccy attempt needs to stop. The latest one on Big Freeze day where he fell over trying to mark 5 deep was just ridiculous.

The Collingwood chant recording is Adelaide Crows camp areas. It’s out in the media. Will just rev up the filth more.

I’d love to see a small fwd out for more midfield depth in Jordan seeing Joel smith is a tall that can actually provide some pressure.

It’s now very clear our run ended when freo beat us last year.
