I can definately see improvement from last year. Really good effort against the Roos and we were up against fresh legs against the Tigers. Toumpas and Viney both played well and Hogan is a beast (WHY CAN'T HE PLAY THIS YEAR?)

I was amazed that he played seven games last year and he played some food footy in those games. I'm backing him to hold a spot in the back six as well.

We need a quality midfielder who has played around 100 games and guys like Dale Thomas and Xavier Ellis certainly fit the brief. Wouldn't think Buddy would be a chance and Van Berlo is captain of the Crows but I'm certainly open to the possibility of Lecras.

Presuming that Clark's out of the side for the first few rounds, I wouldn't be surprised if Fitzy was given some game time. He looks promising and 3 goals from 3 games is a good start -

That's a good way to put it dee-luded. I still can't believe that this has happened. I hope everything turns out alright for him but in the end I'm not sure how it can. -

O'Meara (GCS) and Crouch (ADE) could also be great picks this year and are cheaper than the ones you've listed. I've also picked Tom Mitchell (SYD) as a possible smokey. -
