Mitch Brown will surely be dropped, but with Dogga replacing Max and Weid effectively replacing Dogga, leaves us a forward down. Do they debut JVR? VFL form been great but premature to play, don’t want to stifle development. Or do they play Majak? Or do they throw Petty forward and bring Tommo back?? arggghh tough week at selection. Depth will be tested!

Lever’s season has been incredibly disappointing. Whether it’s his ineffectiveness without May or just a form slump, he gets seriously exposed defending 1v1 and can’t seem to capture his intercepting prowess. If he was an anonymous player he would be on the chopping board.

Obviously important to remember that Premierships are not won in June, also that last year we had some ‘scoring problems’ and a very unsettled forward line. We were kicking low scores and kept changing structure. It all came together in the end. But still a matter of concern. Forward line is clogged and players don’t lower the eyes kicking in. Something positive is the form of James Jordon! What a player!
