He has broken off the group of players that aren't willing to work as hard as he believes is required from his time at a premiership club (let's call them 'the chaff') from the players that he sees have the required fire within them ('the wheat') Disappointed that Beamer couldn't get over the shock of being left from the leadership group, but I lost a lot of respect for him as the season went on and he let his teammates down week in week out by putting himself ahead of them.

I could barely drag myself to the game. If it wasn't for greeny I wouldn't have bothered. I cannot wait for this season to be over. I hope the fellas aren't going to party like they acheived anything this year.
