  1. Jay is the kid at the back of the school gang....citing strong diction like "yeh mate"
  2. Anyone who coaches Tassie will have been forced into the job and all that is entailed in towing the line of the Gestapo AFL.
  3. None of those men would be needed if Ray Biffin was available
  4. You got to be kidding?
  5. Couldn't agree more. The AFL keep seeing players getting injured and I hope someone sues them seriously. The Commissioners are a bunch of aloof wimps, and the parasites they appointed are Luddites.
  6. Well I reckon he would have had trouble running with Langdon, kicking a goal like Kossie, and getting in a winning contest with May. So he won't feel that supercilious.
  7. I reckon a Senior Coach would need a spell to do his off shore Banking, and play with the kids at the park, have a holiday, and walk the dog.
  8. The big head bug is rampant north of the wind your clock back 10 years border.
  9. BUCKLEY would know who and where the worms are...
  10. I was taught for ten years at an all male Christian Brothers School in a posh suburb in Melbourne. The Teachers who I remember and was impressed with the most, in retrospect, were not Brothers, but were the two Lay Teachers that taught there. Judging by the Pupils of our Premiership Team of 2021, Simon was a very good teacher of Men.
  11. I think it's my duty to warn the AFL that the longer they refuse to penalise more severe pushing incidents then there will unfortunately be consequences that could end up being worse than head high contact.
  12. I didn't see a tackle. I saw a head partially bent down and another side of a face exposed. The Collingwood bloke was out for a good minute or so.
  13. I know sweet buga all, but I wouldn't mind if Buckley got a chance. The Team isn't done, he isn't done and I like what he says tactically and also his demeanour says he knows how to communicate.
  14. Which part of Newcombe's head hit which part of Howe's head? I reckon I know the answer. Remember one is a ball player, the other leads through packs with his head.
  15. NEWCOMBE who has form had not made up his mind what to do. You could tell his intent was to make intentional contact but his evaluation was all over the place because of his eyes going from ball to player several times. Head contact and speed no doubt could have been avoided.
  16. One thing you blokes can bet on is that there will be at least four prospective Ex Coaches watching this game with interest.
  17. Straight to the tribunal.
  18. Yes I have...I watch it closely
  19. Just to remind Daisy cutter and Old Dee they were discussing the insoluble venue position in Jan this year here, and worried about their resilience before something would take place ...well it looks like something is going to happen. Cheers
  20. Might be the two blokes who are aware that within the Media scrum there needs to be accountability when someone and something is getting kicked in the teeth ad infinitum.
  21. Some folks like kicking when you're down and they like kicking fanatically when you're further down.
  22. What's wrong with the truth. Can't they handle the truth? Bear in mind he might be on a Board of the MFC himself one day.
  23. Oozes cool sophistication...
  24. I do question why Ed Langdon seemed to communicate himself and and his team-mates feelings so much more concisely and maturely than half the posters waffle on here.
