I am seriously in two minds about dragging myself out on Wednesday night. This is usually my favourite match of the season but there is only so much a supporter can take. I just spoke to someone close to one of our senior players. I was told that Pruess will almost definitely play against the Swans. He has been battling abductor issues but should be right to go on Thursday.

Every season you can guarantee on Eddie opening his mouth and saying something inappropriate. He is a jerk who thinks he is funny. Disgusting comment.

It was a bit more than that. The procedure did involve a GA, drainage, sutures, antibiotics etc that would have made him feel pretty disgusting. It was actually a significant area that was affected. Before I get accused, I am not breaking any medical confidentiality. I actually know someone close to Max who told me and many others this last week well before the game. On going by what I was told, I was extremely surprised to see him out there at all.
