Few articles about this kid recently, one about Neeld thinking he can be an elite-mid fielder. Personally I think that he needs to improve his kicking before he can be put on this level Another one was about the Dees trying to sign him, does anyone have any information on this? How many years or on how much? Any other teams trying to lure him? I hope we get the deal done quick.

I think one of the biggest issues with trengove at the moment is that he cant seem to keep his damn feet. he falls over all the time, almost every situation i see him in, he seems to somehow fall over! if he kept his feet a bit better he would be able to put in those 2nd 3rd n 4th efforts sometimes needed to get a good posession

So ur telling me, your able to tell he is injured, but an oppositions doctor isn't able to ?

Anyone remember when Cale sprinted off his opponent to put pressure on a collingwood running into an open goal when nicho went off hurt and their was a loose man in our forward line. I thought that redeemed him as he saved a sure goal there with hard gut running

love it how all the doctors of demonland know more about his fitness then the club doctors. there has been absolutely nothing to say he is injured, no quick comments in the media, nothing from Trengove, nothing from Neeld or any team mates. you really think they would let a player take the flak of bad performance if he was genuinely injured? People just need to accept that his having a bad year. The kid just runs around tackling all day, with trengove, mckenzie and magner all tackling/tagging its no wonder we get ripped apart in the mid-field. we have no-one playing in front!

I wouldnt mind Garlett if we can pick him up with our 2nd rounder (if worse comes to worse and we need to use our 1st rounder on Viney)

How do you guys know that Neeld wasn't giving him a positive boost and telling him not to let it worry him and to move on and get over it? I honestly think that thats more realistic and constructive them him blasting his players in front of everyone on the bench. If he was blasting him then I hope he isn't coaching the team for long as the blunder was an obvious accident and not a result of being lazy or greedy or anything else that would deserve a blasting. I remember one point in the game a collingwood player was running into an open goal when nicho was taken off and Morton ran hard to put in a last minute shove which resulted in the collingwood player losing his composure and missing the easy shot.

sure this kid is playn bad but its not as if he isn't trying. I thght the dees played pretty good in the game bar the first quarter. You got to feel for the kid a bit, imagine being booed by ur own team on the biggest game of the year after u made a blunder. I cant see anything constructive in this at all. I think he needs to be dropped but not cop the flacking some people think he deserves, its not like he is on some big coin or threatening to walk to GWS or any of that. his a loyal kid trying his best

This actually is a big statement. All the crap about the senior players and the rift with Neeld being put out there, then Jamar goes and re-signs for 3 more years. Big slap in the face to all those reporters suggesting things. It shows that the culture is growing down there this signature and that the senior guys are onboard

I think we get him, we address the issues of the mids in the draft, mids develop quicker, Viney will be in the mix and there arnt any major midfielders which can be bought from other clubs easily. Cloke is the biggest name which is available and i am happy to see the Dees go for him. About time the Dees went hard for some talent rather then always 'saving' money for the future players, who never end up ripening because of the culture at the club. With clokes work ethic it will rub off on the other guys at training and they ll come to flourish on there own

Our stocks arnt bad, the coaching of the midfield is whats bad in my opinion

Get Cloke Our mids will be fine with Grimes, Trengove, Viney, Blease, Mckenzie, Draft #4, Draft#12 in the next 5 years. If we get someone else on big coin one of those guys wouldn't make the first 22 and honestly i dont see us making big gains. Our forward line will have obvious gaps soon with Watts down back, Jurrah being always injured, Howe missing goals and also playing on the wing.

alot of people think that we need to spend alot on midfield but our stocks actually arnt half bad going forward we have Trengove, Viney, Gysberts, Grimes, Blease, Mckenzie, Taggert Draft pick #4, Draft Pick #12 as well as whatevers left in the old fellas. I seriously dont see why we should throw money at a Caddy or a Boak for even more inside mids when we have enough of those. Its either a superstar mid or nothing in my opinion and these guys which are available will not be super stars. When you look at our forward line who do we seriously have besides Clark? Watts and Garland arn't proper forwards and are not gorillas, Jurrah spends 10 months on the sideline for a 4 week injury and gets injured again his first game back, his worse then Grimes with injuries. Howe is only a support player in any position.
