Delistings/trades at end of the season
'Sub this year'....this year. Twisting words again. You seem to do a lot of it. If your happy with ToumpAs good on you but I like to aim higher and think we should go hard for the kid to put more pressure on places and improve our outside run.

Delistings/trades at end of the season
Congratulations, you can twist stats and you played state. Unfortunately AFL Is different to what you played and if you hadn't realiZed Aish has been sub for a lot of his games this year. Going back Toumps has had just 84 marks from 24 games while Aish has had 91 marks from 3 less games and while being the sub more. Anyone can twist stats to their argument mate, if you watch them both play isn't hard to see who is the better of the 2 and who [censored] up less

Delistings/trades at end of the season
To be a successful winger you need to be good overhead as the ball always comes down the line. Aish is much better overhead then the Toump

Delistings/trades at end of the season
Aish isn't getting a good run as he hates Brisbane and they arn't playing him because of it. In relation to comparisons to ToumpAs, if you watch Aish play you can see he has the confidence to do some real damage and he also does not have several changers per game like ToumpAs. He has that competitive and confidence that Toumpas lacks. Also we have no other players pressuring Toumpas for spots, he is now in our starting 18... We could get Aish for unders due to the discontent up in Brisbane which would be a good target. WC are cleaning up with Yeo who also wanted out and was traded for unders

Delistings/trades at end of the season
Brisbane know Aish is on the out so they don't give him game time. If we could seal him with our 2nd rounder and a Chris Dawes I would take it in a heart beat

But Aish would be getting a better job if signed with us.

The 2014 AFL National Draft
Well 2 years ago was Wines playong with smaller bodies and Toump playing with similair bodies. Few years earlier was Darling playing with a bigger body and Cook with average body. Same goes for Watts and Hurley. I would prefer the bigger body this time. They seem to make the transition into AFL much better.

I am not trying to say Tyson has been bad, what I am saying is we need a superstar who can influence games. Past few years we have kept targetting hardworking mids in Toumpas Viney Salem Tyson, Matt Jones, Magner, Couch, Cross, Vince ect Its about time we go for a player who goes in hard both inside and out and has the x factor to influence a game rather then just keep us in the game and our head above water. We had 2 chances to get this kid but instead we took a forward who hasnt played a game of AFL in 2 years and another hardworking midfielder to keep our head above water. Also if Viney and co rated Salem above Kelly then I have my concerns with the recruiting department..

Kelly carved us up yesterday, his touches were all influential and the impact he had on the game as a first yr player was huge. None of this "younger players tiring from a long year" excuse we seem to be hearing at the MFC.

Tyson is good and tries hard but he will never have the x factor and ability to turn the tide of a game the way Kelly will. Salem struggles to get a touch. Has he had any games where he has reached double digit posessions?
