I find it a concern that most players we trade or delist struggle at other clubs. It is an indictment om the development of the MFC and could impact trade value of other players od ours.

I think it would be a good tactic to target 22-25 year olds every year for our first draft pick. It would mean we get the best 8-10 years of their career. Then what's going on with Watts who takes 5 years + to reach potential and will be a free agent at the end of his next contract.

I think we should offer a 4th round pick for this guy, Tigers set to delist him and he could fill a gaping hole in our forward line. Experienced small forward which could fit in for a few years while one of the younger guys develops to fit in.
