  1. You are aware each club has a different voting system right?
  2. How does Wright differ to Gawn? I see him as Gawn 2.0
  3. Sqw an article saying he is in the mix, not sure where. Can anyone elaborate on his weaknesses? He doesnt look afraid of a contest/hard tackle from the look of that highlight reel.
  4. I hope we look at this kid, just saw his highlight reel and I am very impressed. Could he be the X factor we need? I could see him complimenting Brayshaw Salem Viney and Tyson like a charm. http://ken-cdn220-is-12.se.bponlinewoc2264.ngcdn.telstra.com/platform_release/730/632/DRAFT_DM_PICKETT_WEB_S_1253169056__074531.mp4
  5. I think his done. Say he manages to get back, he ll almost be 25 by then and more then half his career over including the core development years. The chance of becoming a big game player is next to nothing, we ll be lucky if he ever plays well at Casey
  6. Petracca hurt his hip in the 3k run...
  7. Hawkins and Tex are free agents next year. I say draft mids and go hard at those 2. We obviously have a huge warchest if we were going for Danger.
  8. We should mindfuck them to death about whose the best prospect so under the pressure they end up taking a safe skinny school boy who doesnt like a contest...
  9. I can see us taking either Petracca and Lever or Brayshaw and Lever. Cant see us taking both Petracca and Brayshaw due to the similarities.
  10. Hawks get O Rourke for pick 19. We get Frost for 23 go figure...
  11. I'd say we have Brayshaw and Lever as a lock. if Petracca slips it will be interesting.
  12. Much more dynamic then Petracca, we need our mids contesting overhead. Imagine how damaging he could be if he ducks forward. At 194cm he ll show Watts how its done.
  13. Worked out for Selwood, Judd and Stringer. Lever will be the best to come out of this draft, mark my words. Quick, good overhead and loves a contest. Even had leadship qualities about him, meanwhile Petracca is just a see ball, grab ball, kick ball type of player.
  14. Now that trade period is done and dusted its time to look to the draft. Jake Lever is 192cm and 84kg and spent his junior career as a defender but he is keen to move into the midfield. I hope we seriously look at this kid as personally I think he would compliment Brayshaw much better then Petracca would. He has outstanding overhead marking ability which is what we need in the midfield, he moves like Fyfe and isnt scared of a contest.
  15. Lever is 192cm, 1cm shorter then McCartin and loves to take the game on and make the move to the midfield. Hope we take this kid over Petracca. Think Brayshaws a given with the other pick.
  16. Dont know what this obsession with Petracca is. Kid struggles to run out a game, he couldnt even finish the 3k at the combine without hurting his angle running on flat ground. Jake Lever is where its at, him and Brayshaw go hand in hand much better. Rated pick 1 prior to his injury I hope we pull the pin and take him. I wouldnt be surprised if we passed on Petracca for Lever.
  17. Wont get done. Collingwood will decide they want a D grade player from Sydney for pick 80 and the trade will be held up as we wait for Buckley to fly to Vegas to hitup the clubs to convince said player to join Collingwoodm
  18. Collingwood are stalling this whole trade period. Why cant we just trade Clark for Geelongs 2nd rounder and then ontrade it to H when/if they get their [censored] together. Why are we letting their own deals block our Mitch Clark deal
  19. if he doesnt play next year I hope we still offer him another contract.
