I have just read this whole thread and I cannot believe it is the 22nd Feb.....Yes that's right....22nd of FEBRUARY...... Ten posters have gone out the back and shot themselves Five have cut their wrists 7 have bought sniper rifles to shoot half our side. and one has such a bout of depression that nothing will save him All on the back of a 3 way practise hit out in FEBRUARY.... Lets keep it a little bit real folks.....

I just hope people have not gone to early on Viney.........He is just an 18 year old kid who has not yet played a game......

I think "Winning" will cure all the ills at the footy club.......Clubs at the bottom of the ladder will always attract the wrong sort of media attention... Winning will put more bums on seats........Will attract more supporters to members......Will increase sponsorship...ect....ect... If we start winning evryone would start to feel good about the club and be proud to be members...... This is now the hard part.........We have to start WINNING....

I see what you are saying Billy.......but if you are playing to lose,it doesn't matter the reason,does it???? You are not trying your best to win which is the rule Loseing to get a better finals outcome is no different to getting a draft pick......Playing to lose is PLAYING TO LOSE....

The definition is the main point.......We all should play under the same rules....Should we not????....You can't just change the rules and investigate one club,be it ours or another....This is why I think we should fight any penalties.....Sometimes you just have to.....

I believe that our fitness(or lack of it) last year had a lot to do with the results ....I think the coaching dept stated that up until July we were doing a whole lot more fitness work,trying to catch up with other teams thereby fading out in a lot of games Looking for improvement in a lot of areas this year....

Good for you Cawf.....I am a pesimist by nature.........but I love this thread....

What's the difference?????......I don't think we could afford to win,given the rules in place at the time........I just want to be treated with the same govenence as the rest of the competion......

Sorry Mate...Didn't realise you were waiting for my reply......Had computer probs and a few things to do today........We did what other clubs have been doing for 20 years.....So no we didn't tank.....

Didn't we reply to the report by the investigators??.......The commission then deliberated ......and the results will be known at 2.00pm today.....It is then up to the club to appeal to a court of law if they don't think the decision is fair.....I might be wrong on this.......

Yeah.....watched it ....Put it down to first semi-real game of the year....It's only Feb 15th.......
