Re Roffey: As I've said I've met her twice and was impressed with her down-to-earth vibe on both occasions. But people are missing the point here. The reason she was asked whether she has spoken to Tracy's parents was because she was suggesting she speaks to player parents all the time and how much they love the club. So after making a point of how a player's parents fully trusted the club she responded to the question about Tracy's parents that she hasn't spoken to them for some time and then that she usually only speaks to parents on game day. So she had not in fact made an effort to contact them. I mean this isn't an every day event, the dude almost died. Surely even organising an Uber or something for the family?

I honestly think when Kozzie heard Tracc and ANB wanted out he was annoyed because he had been waiting for his chance to also ask for a trade. Dare I say it, Id be more worried about losing Koz than just about anyone else. This year he has shown he isnt just an attacking forward, but a solid player that can wear a hit and keep his feet.

Imagine a scenario if you will where you are in a work environment where publically it's all about success and doing everything you can to achieve greatness. Hyper professionalism always being sold to the public. Imagine you as an employee are doing everything possible to live up to those suggested values. Imagine if then you constantly see the people sprouting those values do nothing about behaviours and issues that are completely at odds with these values. Imagine that you complain about these issues continually and beg people to do things and know that you are not alone in constantly appealling for things to be done. But nothing changes. So what do you do?
