I guess all they can do is say they want to keep him to keep is trade value up? its like with Oliver letting it leak he was having a personal crisis before then suggesting he might be traded was amateur.

Come on, its Melbourne. Tracc could hamstring Gawnie and Clarry and the boys would be over smiling and patting him on the back.

All that and potentially scaring off potential trade targets. The club need to get out in front of this, not playing everything is fine.

Could the fact that there is an ongoing investigation into certain matters have played a role? Are we allowed to mention that if we use vague language?

Maybe he is planning on retiring and wants to trojan horse his way to the pies first, rock up to preseason with a two month load of Parma on the belly?

That is the funny thing. They may think making up public relations style reasons is softening the blow or making it seem reasonable when it comes across as more like Tom 'just having a look' Scully.

exactly an alternative view is we are being forced into a rebuild. Take the initiative, be ruthless and trade them all while they have currency.

That is an interesting take. What if there was a view that the window closes at the end of 2024 and then that was our preseason?

I think and have heard its seeds were planted during the preseason shambles and continued from there. But then again someone else told me it was all about his injury so depends who you want to believe.

He just hacked Tom Morris's email account, and he got that from Demonland.

The elephant in the room for him is that he is 28, turning 29 in January. I say go bezerk and offer him and Oliver for trade and to a 23-year-old age bracket rebuild and somehow get Harley Reid. This is almost getting to the point where a person is trying to salvage a relationship while the other partner is out there airing all their laundry.

Well I can tell you the 'Casey being too far' and the 'bigger crowds' are just PR.

Im not saying its a reasonable position at all but Im starting to think trade them both and rebuild around Windor. But the Casey thing and the wanting to play in front of bigger crowds thing are perfect public relations. The accident even might have given a reliable out as well.
