  1. You will find none of my ideas are too silly, CBDees.
  2. Replacement player/top up player; Daniel Cross. Get it done MFC

Parish is the type we need, Oliver, whilst he looks good, is the type we already have (reminds me a little of Vanders and Viney) Parish makes sense. I'm thinking its Parish at 3 and the best tall forward left at 7, or the best tall available at 3 and the best of the smaller types at 7. Either combination fills two gaps on the list, and I'd be happy with either. It won't be two mids because it's been proven season after season that apart from drafting, it's harder to attract tall forwards (in trades) than it is mids, and Jesse still needs a mate. Pedersen/Dawes are stop gap types who won't be around for long and the time is now to get a fresh faced forward.

Just let Jesse do the drafting for us if it keeps him happy, seriously he can even call out the names on draft night ,
  5. Your improved attitude has not gone unnoticed. Well done

Question; when did we decide to go for pick 3? Did we actively decide to trade for pick 3 or did that idea come after GC showed interest in Howe? If it was after GC shown interest in Howe it could suggest pick 3 was not a target originally, but made sense seeing as the currency (with our pick 7) would be a logical trade. Obviously it didn't work out that way and GC still came to the party but the deal was done with other currency. Maybe gaining pick 3 wasn't on the agenda but was just a nice little benefit of Howe being a cheeky greedy man? Who knows, just a theory. Now that we have it we can take ANY player that we want and know wouldn't have lasted to our original first pick. FWIW I do hope it's Parish- he looks like that missing outside link our midfield needs. Of course it could be a tall who wouldn't have been available at our original pick and then the best option left for the midfield- either way it looks like we're set to get 2 players we desperately need to fill gaps and I'm excited about that.
  7. I don't like his filthy bloodline, you just know it's only a matter of time until Bucks ambushes him on an oversees holiday and convinces him to join Pappie's old club!

I liked all the Brayshaw highlight packages actually, I could see the footballer in him. And I know how highlights work, they are all most of us have to go by, seeing as we aren't professional talent scouts.

Just not feeling it with him.. He's no Brayshaw- THAT was a highlights package! Liking the look of Hibbert, has a bit of Bontempelli about him (in the physical sense, and that kick ) Kind of hoping we "reach" with 3 for the best available KPF and use 7 on the best available talent left over, but happy to just have faith with the recruitment team.
  10. Sounds like a musician. Fresh from his European "Stand up and appreciate" tour here is Joel Smith with his number 1 hit; Believe. I need a hobby

Then some players who no one talks about have like 14 minute packages! Hard to get a good view of Parish or Curnow.
  12. I think we showed our cards way too early and gave the drug cartel too much negotiating power. We should have just weasled him into the PSD if anything. In saying that if the milkman is a reg starting 22 and this draft is as weak as everyone says, then 25 is worth noting anyway.
  13. I think as a club we are too nice. 4 years, at 400k for a WADA boy- SURELY nobody would have touched him in the PSD. We give 25 over and Narcos use that to advantage. Why aren't we ruthless when the opportunity presents? Or is 25 a useless pick, and if so, how can we be so sure?
  14. Howe for Kennedy coming up soon. Go Melbourne!
  15. Druggies would want that pick now to rebuild now- perhaps this could be the roadblock we need to say "step in to the PSD, Milkman"
  16. What's the real story behind Kennedy though? Rated by more than not, Pies will take a pic in the 40's for him in a supposed weak draft? What are we missing here?
  17. It is around Schwab levels, I won't deny this, but I'm in good company here.
  18. nah but it would be a Goodwin initiative, which the rest will probably follow as to not undermine the future boss
  19. Cowboy Goodwin wants WADA boy Milkman so forget about the logical trades.
  20. Druggies will be laughing at us. I'm disappointed we are helping them discard the dirty 34. I'm full of doubt about this, I hope this cowboy Goodwin doesn't unravel all our hard work!
  21. Yeah I forgot abou the drug issues. 4 years for meh, we better at least get him in the Preseason draft and have a clause where we can sack him if found guilty
  22. Bit of warning next time I was eating lunch!!
  23. I would expect it to be the opening sentence really
  24. Gonna need more than the Jake [censored] Milkman rumour to keep my interest for the rest of the year.
