If I was going to make a banner purely for my fave players this year - Watts, Tapscott, Trengove, Bail, Jurrah, Pettard, Martin, McKenzie These guys are all awesome. I don't give a [censored] if some people think Jurrah has had a bad year. He has clearly playing injured and is awesome.

Yeah me too. This week was no where near as bad as the last couple. We are in a much better position than we were 3 years ago. All our best players have the best years ahead of them. Things can turn around pretty quick in football. Just look at west coast. The good times are coming. And all the bad times are just going to make them all the more sweeter.

Eh? When did Spencer have his chance? Spencer is contracted for next year and definatley deserves a chance.

Its a shame seeing as Bailey had been working so hard over the off season to improve footskills. I really don't see how he can keep a spot in the team for much longer. These days we have Nicholson, Bail, Dunn and McKenzie who can take a tagging role.

No. He has got one. Frawley kicked out of bounds on the full early in the third quarter. Easy pass to Kennedy in the goal square the result. Trengove takes a ripper. Apparently Goodes has taken a great grab in the richmond vs swans game. Kelly underwood described it as similar to Walkers.

I was at the local pub watching the game but had to leave at half time. Dwain Russell was unbearable. Yes. We are playing badly Dwain but there is no need to sink the knife in at every opportunity. At least when Bruce and Dennis are calling they just rabbit on about how good the winning team is.

That's great that you share this information with us. However when someone comes onto a message board and says 'I've got a contact and he told me this. But I can't tell you who it is' I instantly think its [censored]. Nothing against you personally. But there have been many people say similar stories on this board and 90% of the time they turn out to be [censored].

They have played around with the colors with a computer some how. It looks Tomato red in the clip. And the football looks a funny shade of red too.

Freo's drafting in 08 - 09 is very good. Geelong has done very well with the picks they had. Strauss, Blease, Jetta, Bennell all haven't shown much yet. Strauss and Blease due to injury. Jetta and Bennell due to size.

Last year Brad had a great year playing all over the ground. I would love for Viney to put him back in the middle and tell him to get into it. Lets admit it. Our delivery into our forward line is appalling. He looks good in a win because the ball comes to him.

The fact is that Brad was the best choice of captain at the time and still is now. Everyone is getting frustrated and want him gone thinking it couldn't get any worse. But it can. No one else on the list is ready to be captain. Trengove should be concentrating on his own game. He is a second year player. Calls for him to be captain are crazy and not well thought out. Watts has barely played 10 good games. He is not an option for captain. Is Brad a [censored] captain? Hell yes. But we have no one to replace him with. If we made Moloney or Davey captain, we would be having the same discussion next year about them.

I'm so sick of being so emotionally attached to this club. I personally think about football way too much. I'm guessing a lot of others on here do too. When we play like we did today it puts me in a foul mood for the rest of the weekend. I'm going to have to limit my time on Demonland as its just an avenue to feed my MFC addiction.

Buckley and Cheney are no where near as good as Sylvia would be in a good side. Yes, when we are losing he usually doesn't play as well as when we are winning. He is not the only one. And unless he can change this then he will never become elite. He is a good player and I would hate to lose him. I'm surprised so many are ready to show him where the door is. If you disagree then that is your opinion.

I don't think Nicholson and Evans will be upgraded. Therfore we only need 3. People also need to think about who is contracted. We don't have the money to delist players in contract. For the record Bate, Dunn and Spencer are all contracted for next year. So they will need to be traded or agree to be delisted and promised to be picked up as rookies.

I don't necessarily want blood. But I get what your saying Striker. When a club comes out and calls says you play bruise free football it's embarrassing. Time for some of the playing group to step up and play some hard football. Just do it legally.

Sylvia would be an absolute weapon in a good team. I'd like to keep him.
