I'm in Brisbane for work. Got Fox Footy at the hotel though so will be watching intently. So nervous. We are both favourite and it's a must win, which is a recipe for disaster with this team. Fingers crossed we stand up and deliver a finals appearance after 11 years!

If you wouldn't give up Frost to get Lever, you are crazy. Frost is a very ordinary user of the ball and an average at best defender.

We can't afford it and frankly I wouldn't want to spend so much money on one individual. Yes he's a gun but how do we propose to pay all the other young guns on our list if we blow over a million a season on this kid? A team full of C graders like North can afford it. We can't. Besides is a false dawn strategy. We need to build a good team not a team built around 1 good player.

Pretty sure there's a Thursday night match as well. A lot depends on how many finals will be played in both Adelaide Oval and up in Sydney from a ground preparation point of view. I reckon the top 4 teams will get the prime time slots of Thursday night and Friday night and we might get the Saturday afternoon.

Plus it's our only chance to play at the G first up which gives us the greatest chance of winning. And after 11 years it would be nice to play a final at the G.
