I mean if there’s one thing our forwardline is missing is undersized players. Why the [censored] no Weid? And how are some of these guys being named ahead of Jones and Jetta? Another puzzling team selection week.

We had a defensive plan already. Roos nailed it, despite having a terrible backline compared to now. Goodwin wanted to add attack, which was the right decision. But somehow we ended up being crap at both. It's a real talent to ruin everything.

I wish we were up for winning sometimes.

I can only assume the things they want him to work on are defensive intent. Which I would be fine with, except half of our team gets a game regularly despite being horrible at two way running and defending.

Rubbish. People who join the military do so knowing the sacrifices up front. No AFL player has ever signed up to a season expecting to leave behind their families for weeks on end. It is a ridiculous notion to suggest they are soft. It is such a hard decision and for players with young children, newborns, babies on the way, perhaps ill parents, or no other family support around their partners to help with small kids, it is very much a lose-lose. I feel for everyone in this situation, and I wouldn't begrudge any player who chose their family in what is already a compromised season. This is a job for players, and very few people would put their job ahead of their family.

And yet Goodwin has not a shred of pressure on him. Well done to our brilliant board for giving him a long term contract as if he was a hot commodity in danger of going elsewhere. Idiots.

It’s of no difference to us if we play Sydney or Richmond this week. Both are equal likelihood to be an embarrassing loss. Now it will be televised too.

QLD are really starting to [censored] me off. Their premier is doing so much damage to their economy. She is a complete nervous Nelly.

The AFL can't afford to do that, and by extension that means we can't afford it either given we rely so heavily on AFL financial support. Cancel the season and you can say goodbye to our club. Sadly we need to suck it up and get on with this ****show of a season.

This season is a goddamn circus, and we, as the resident clowns, fit right in.

Well for one they were a man down and Danger was on the bench for quite a bit of time in that quarter. So that helped. We were 3 goals down. Hardly a come from behind triumph. We evened it up but we never should have been in that position. Geelong are bog ordinary. We had the ruck advantage and did nothing with it again. We let them chip it around and not once manned up or put pressure on the ball carrier. The one time this happened was in the last and Brayshaw got a goal from it.

And please nobody say anything about Goodwin. He is a great coach and our game plan and team set ups and selections have nothing to do with him. Playing a prelim in 2018 absolves you for 5 seasons from winning future games because “remember 2018? We were so good. It’s proof everything will be good”.

Nicely entrenched in the bottom 4 where we clearly belong. Our coach is truly a disgrace. I was waiting to see the team selections in action and boy was I right in my suspicious. Jetta for Lockhart, a miss. Played Hannan and AVB and Fritsch and Melksham which just makes no sense. No second tall forward even tho both Weid and Jackson are fit. Back line is also a [censored] show. People can have a go at Omac all they like, but he can actually defend. Joel Smith gives us nothing. How many times were we mismatched down back because we didn’t go in tall enough? I am so disappointed with our game plan and selections. A fully fit list and this is the [censored] we put on the field.
