Spargo too good for his level. Hibbo could play blind and be too good for this level. Grundy getting involved. Schache taking the literal [censored] at this level. Verrell looks good. I see potential.

If Schache could be this good at AFL level we’d be laughing.

Let’s remember that Coburg are a terrible team. But I like his attitude. Getting involved and taken some nice marks. The forwardline for Casey is so open. Our AFL forwards would die for this much space.

Well I still don’t know who you’re talking about, but whoever it is, that is very disappointing to hear. All players should make time for supporters, especially those who spend so much time volunteering and helping in the cheer squad. For what it’s worth, every Melbourne player I’ve ever randomly met has been really really nice. On a side note, the night we beat Saints in a final (yes it was that long ago), I went out with friends after the game and we ran into Nick Del Santo. He was a real [censored]. Good sensible changes

The least bagged players on DL are Clarry, Trac, Max and Viney I reckon. Oh and maybe JVR. Hasn’t done enough wrong yet 😂 I know it’s not Max or Trac. They’ve both been nothing but lovely when I’ve met them before. Viney would probably punch you if you annoyed him 😂

No chance Petty doesn’t make it back in as soon as he’s fit. I still don’t know why we don’t persist with him as a forward tho.

While I completely understand why he wants to look elsewhere, I think we would be silly to let him go. May is turning 32 and Petty is injury prone. Who steps in with the experience and physicality required to play their role next year when required? Adams is far too inexperienced. Asking him to step in next year is extremely risky while we are still in our premiership window.

I hope Williamson is at least having a well deserved rest. In hell.

Glad we aren’t dragging Petty’s corpse into yet another game. Deserves time to recover, especially when we have Tommo in reserve. The only other change will be someone in for Spargo. My guess is Chandler but Laurie the wildcard

And so he should have. He’s waited a long time to win a flag, and was a massive reason why we won it. JJ is still very young and has his entire career ahead of him.
