I would think Melksham, Hibbo and possibly Ben Brown will retire. That’s 3 already. Dunstan won’t get a new deal. JJ will leave. Harmes will also likely go. And Grundy is almost certain to be traded. We have one rookie upgrade in McVee. How do we only need 3 picks then?

I would say Melksham might get a coaching or development role if he’s keen. He is out of contract but I doubt we’d just dump him. I am also quite sure that Ben Brown will retire with a year left to run on his contract and we might convert that contract to a full time AFLW coaching role, as he’s already involved in coaching our women’s team.
