Delistings/trades at end of the season
A friend of mine who knows him personally said that there has been an inquiry about Josh Walker from our club, and Josh would be more than open to coming to us, however he feels that if anything was to happen that he would be involved in a trade that would get Henderson to the Cats. Wants far more opportunities than he is being given and probably deserves it and is open to being traded. I for one have always rated him, cracks hard into packs and has great hands (unlike Dawes) and I feel that him and Hogan could really grow together (he is only 22). Take it as you will, probably another just another bit of waffle in the silly season but that's what i have been told.

this is a very, very good post. Hard to argue with most. Except for Grimes who i believe is decent but starved of opportunity and Cross, who i wish played on next year but to hear he will be a conditioning coach at the club, makes me feel good.

Cause we have been [censored] for 7 years, and have rebuilt 3 or 4 time snow with similar results: nothing. We are sitting on 4 wins but i'm not sure where the next ones will come from. Looking at Brisbane they were impressive against Sydney, Saints weren't bad either. We have some good young kids coming along to support him but they wont develop if we don't develop them properly, which has been a weakness of ours for a long while. He lives in Perth, loves Perth as we have to send him home every so often so he doesn't get homesick. The two sides in WA are successful in the sense they are able to build/re-build without too much fuss and consistently push for finals. You get (roughly) a 10 year period of AFL footy and that's it, why waste it sticking around at a club like us? There, i had my go, now tell me why he would stay as opposed to joining Freo or West Coast?- Delistings/trades at end of the season

It's a shallow draft from all accounts, which could render our later picks perhaps quite worthless or only capable of selecting donkeys. Feel that we need to keep our high draft pick to get at least some good talent through the draft, what if we missed out on another Brayshaw/Salem? Howe and some other sweetners may work if Prestia wants out and wants to come to us. I have full faith in the recruiting drafting team, they have been outstanding since they came in. - Delistings/trades at end of the season
