  1. hahah i know right. My favourite part of the day is reading some of the doom and gloomers on here. clearly a few retirees with nothing better to do 🤪
  2. I think everyone needs to step back a bit, not necessarily you PF just replying to you ha! All of this narrative is driven by Tom Morris. Trac has undoubtedly been disappointed with how his season has gone, frustrated with missing finals, as should every single player. Our style of play has been deplorable for the past 2 seasons imo and hence why staff has been given the ar$e. Trac on the limited media spotlight since his injury has said he loves the dees and looks forward to next season, even the small snippet in the video he looks much happier etc. Speaking to the playerrs about what he has gone through and the impact its had on his mental health does not speak of a player wanting to leave the club at all. He will be in our leadership group again next year and is wanting us back to top 4. As pert and richo have said they are speaking with all the leaders not necessarily trac individually, about what they feel we need to be top 4 again. Parents would be obviously dissapointed with their son almost dying as well. Relax, hes stuck with us for 5 years unless we get an absolute cracker of a trade, which wont happen, but if it does in 2-3 years then so be it, he will be on the wrong side of 30 and his best football past him, which will still be a win for us.
  3. whilst I agree the doctor should have more power in any professional sport, that simply doesnt happen in afl football. again, you cant even tell with ribs exactly whats wrong, if the player says he is right to go after some pain killers then there isnt much a doctor can do to test for broken ribs. you need an xray to confirm this. a trainer should of gone out straight away when trac tried for his first ball as he was toast then. but to say he should of been sent immediately to hospital #1 wouldnt of changed the outcome at all of what has happened, and #2, its only hearsay with what we are suggesting the docs should of done. The AFL had no issues with how it played out. does it look bad? of course it does his injury was worse off than anticipated. Should the doctors have more pull in determining if a player should take the field? 100%. However I dont feel we can blame the doctors for incorrectly diagnosing Tracs injury
  4. trac told the doctor he wanted to go back on. He made the call. he said it in an instagram post. the doctors thought he had broken ribs thats it, hence why they drugged him up and sent him out again. the hospital itself had no idea it was any more severe than that when he went to hospital
  5. What? not sure if you can read or not but my comment was to gawndy the great who said that something is rotten at the club and players want out. petracca has not said he wants to be traded at all. He is disappointed with the season and dissolusioned with the direction the club is going. I would expect every player to be the same after this season. anb is leaving due to family issues not because he “wants out”
  6. Trust me a hell of a lot more than you do in this situation
  7. God you have no idea do you
  8. I do agree we need fresh faces and a game plan that the players want to play within, and bring back the fun. This is exactly what Richmond did and look what happened.
  9. haha 100% same goes the other way too i go crazy when we win haha
  10. i havent been for 12 weeks because its frankly too frustrating watching the style of play we are producing, would rather yell at them at the tv than in person.
  11. lets make it happen :)
  12. that isnt happening. he doesnt have the intensity for afl level right now anyway. Jeffo will get a go in the 2nd last or last game. Looking forward to him getting 0 goals and everyone going crazy about him playing.
  13. i laugh at people thinking we should of won 3 flags, winning 1 is hard enough, winning 2 is bloody lucky, you wont see another 3 peat again
  14. haha shes 10. my 5 and 6 year olds i definitely need to keep the ipad in the bag!
  15. I was on the Gold Coast but havent gone to a match for 6-8 weeks, because my daughter wont sit through it the way we are playing. Dont want to travel all the way to leave at half time. Ive got a season ticket so the money isnt lost on anyone, they are professional footballers who should be motivated by winning not by how many are in the stands.
  16. yea id say 2nd rounder to be fair. think hes 29 or so though. I cant see him getting a regular game next season imo
  17. time to trade Salem, he has value, and we have a plethora of HBF that can take that position full time, hes been a loyal servant but will only go backwards from here. I dont think he offers anything unique for us
  18. he already signed last year
  19. I agree, not sure Verrall will come on as an around the ground ruckman at all but his tap outs have been relatively good. Hopefully he can develop his work around the ground. IMO I think they have tried with Fullarton but it simply hasnt worked. as you mentioned
  20. We did we picked Windsor. taylor didn’t expect brayshaw to be gone. fullarton starts forward every game for Casey and rotates with Verrall. He’s no good
  21. Haha yep. Kinda glad tho I didn’t really look at his hit put stats. They’ve been terrible
  22. start building
  23. hes really surprised me and he will only get better as well. loves the tough stuff and he could be a big brute of a forward if he continues.
