Sorry I just like this thread, so many varying views and so little written animosity. when I make points to my friends who follow other clubs I am looked at as knowing. That’s BS but I like it. so. Was it really simple in that we had no rest after the GF in 21 and then no rest to players around the time of the the byes so really poor player management. I know the longer the season went the more we faded in the last. Loading seemed the reason but if we had too many sore players . Then we were stuffed. Comments please

I would think it’s strong always plenty of support at the games and in the local rag. alwsyx seems to be some young fellow or girl trying out for some better comp.

Saints play the eagles Koroit are into their 8 straight GF. Lost the first, then won the next 6. That’s the definition of a powerhouse club. Support in koroit is total. eagles have Dion Johnston who played for the Casey demons a little bit. Other sides have beaten koroit this year but they are still in the granny. I do not have answers for our demise this year, only questions. Question, How come we decided so late last night to move Petty forward, you had Smith sitting on the pine to go to defense, except of course he needed to rake the medi sub vest off, Why not, he had fresh legs. It could have been done anytime in the third quarter, and the dynamic of us losing control of the game would have changed. It became obvious over the course of the year that BBB needed help, not enough talls, We had Smith, Petty, Tomlinson and even weid that might have done it, clearly we missed Tommy Mc. Question, does BBB keep playing or retire. Question, how much did the Jackson saga, sap the strength out of others, sometimes he did not look invested in our future. Question, how come for much of the year we get a good lead, only to have it eroded, were we too defensive and try to save the game rather than win it. Question, was there "loading" and when did it finish, Question, Why were some players not rested against the lower ranked sides in the middle of the year, we had so many last night with strapping, player management in my opinion was abysmal. Question, in both finals games the Medi-sub was not used, who decided not to use fresh legs, its the pointy end. Question, where were our forwards in the second half, how come the scoring was so lopsided. I was so depressed after that game I went and watched the QE2 tributes.
