Ruckman take at least 3-4 years to perform. Max will be retired or close to by then, he's about to to turn 28. Are you happy for Preuss to be our no 1 in 3 years? Or Bradke? Not saying we should take him at 3, but it's crazy to think we are sorted long term in the ruck. Certainly he's in at mix at 8, but likely taken by then

I'd trust Salem's kicking and vision over Murray's "daring and countering" any day. Not saying we shouldn't consider Murray, just that poor kicking undoes plays and structure very, very quickly.

Due diligence. Love it. If he's seen as able to continue at AFL level, great. If Bruckner and Burgess assess his condition as not worth a spot on our list, so be it. I'd love to see him at the Dees, assuming it's a combined decision by Goody, Mahoney, Bruckner and Burgess.
