Wonder who the journalist is.

The age saying it was Angus Brayshaw.
Probably both. Wouldn't trust the druggos as far as I could kick em. Especially at trade negotiations.

Just read in the age that Essendon have had talks with Brayshaw and are going to try and lure him. I am now going to be violently ill.

I cannot see why Melksham is in the side. I would have dropped him and bought Chandler in.

We tanked. I know others clubs did/do the same, but haven't been called out on it like we were. Cheers Brock!
I remember one game in particular v St Kilda when Jurrah was kicking goals and starring up forward while Frawley was keeping Reiwoldt quiet at the other end and we were headed for victory. Lo and behold, Jurrah was benched, Frawley was moved to the forward line and Reiwoldt subsequently cut loose and was the matchwinner for the Saints.
Yep. Remember that game well. Was beyond puzzled at the time.

Close to being the most talented player on the list. Great shame. Hope she comes back well for 2023.

Chandler for Lever doesn’t make sense
In the end Petty would replace lever and Chandler would cover for Bedford or Melksham.

Oliver and Petty in.
Melksham and Bedford out.
Lever may be out injured and if he is I would bring Chandler in.
-
I hope he hangs around at Melbourne and takes over from Goodwin. North are shot and GWS have no heritage.

Well I am actually relieved with the win. It is no great surprise we got beaten in the midfield as having Oliver out is like having a giant puncture mark to the chest. Also thaught there were some positives. Kozzie was a bonus and hopefully he can put some more performances like that in for the rest of the year. Tomlinson was surprisingly good today as well. BBB played his best game for the year and hopefully take some confidence out of today. The high kickers in to the forward line should also learn to pass it onto his chest.

MFCSS has bolted out the back door. Can't see us winning this. Final selections have me baffled. Players like Rozee, Gray and georgiwhatshishead will have a field day. Hope I am wrong.

The world really needs Collingwood to lose, I'm confident when it happens that they will just lead balloon the whole thing. They are a stupid, stupid football team that has no business being in our era of goodness. Knock em out.
I'll go get my gun.
Don't worry the druggos will smack them down next week.

The filth will probably win by a point.

St Kilda should be called the yoyos.

Changed my mind about game 8. Port to win. Look at Melbournes final selections. Coopers pale ale will get a hammering tonite.
-
Melksham in. What a joke.

I feel a loss coming on. We just lost our best player and most consistent defender.
Absolutely correct.

$ 2.52 on Port. Take it.

He's making the scissors sign. Oh no! It means he plans to cut and run.
Exactly right. Looks like he was going to cut Goodwin in half.

Wouldn't mind avoiding Sydney and/or Collingwood in the finals.
Our record against those two sides has been absolutely atrocious and embarrassing.
We have a 2-10 record against Sydney since 2012.
From round 23 2017 until present, we have a 1-5 record against Collingwood, and the only win came in one of those micky mouse shortened games during 2020 in which the Pies were on a 4 day break versus our 6.
Don't worry about the filth. They are our cannon fodder in finals.
