I cannot remember the last time there was an election.Reason as members come up for election no one challenges them. The last two people to join the board have not been challenged. If my memory is correct right now we have one vacancy. If nothing changed between now and the next AGM ( fat chance) if someone nominated they would be elected un apposed . So if you want the job nominate before the next AGM and you are a shoe in!

I have gone through numerous comments by players, MN, line coaches. Hundreds of words.Not once do the words win or winning appear. No one in our player and FD appear to have this as an objective. What the hell is our club doing? Have we sunk so low that we don't even consider winning now. Do the players think that the required level is anything but winning. My god we are truly in a hole.

So far these changes have been spectacularly successful we are now worse than we were two years ago and last year.What will next year be 19 th?

We are all forming our opinions from the outside and I have tried for the last 29 games to give MN the benefit of the doubt.Add IMO that I believe we have the worst list in the competition by quite a long way and it is no surprise to me that we cannot win games. My problem is I see little effort from the players in most games and the players seem absolutely lost. From the first bounce they just look like they have not got a clue what they should be doing. Those two things suggest to me there is disconnect between the players and the coaching team. I have been of the opinion prior to last Sunday that the majority of our players are just not up to AFL standard Hence the constant losses but now I am seriously considering the players have no idea what is expected of them when they hit the ground. Unless there is a big change by years end we cannot go on with MN . Without hope we headed for extinction. Currently that is what I feel No Hope and I am sure I am not alone Of course it could all come to a head this weekend. A big loss / little effort like last weekend and my view will be what do we have to lose. It will be time for change.

Because we shoot ourselves in the foot at every turn Redleg.Tanking, sacking our ceo a few days after saying he is doing a good job, saying Dank not involved and it turns out our doctor was talking to him and captain may have used a banned substance. Insipid performance like sunday. The list goes on. Contrast the Dogs who at least look like they are having a good go at winning eg. Last Sunday they really only got run over in the last quarter.

Not sure replacing one poor pick with another is making a lot of progress. Have not looked the last two weeks Redleg but the first few games he did not get a mention. PS just checked last weekends game. Following line from the game report "Jordan Gysberts (23 possessions, 1 goal) played in a slightly different role today as a winger. Gys took a step forward today."

Dunn was not married and now he is a father, Davey only had one child!, Jones only had one tatto it was his second year and Frawley was in his first season. At most clubs they would have played finals by now.

With the exception of the kids he is IMO the best by far from 2012 draft. Compare him to Gillies, Pedersen and Roden He is better than all three put together.

IMO these two are going to be filed in the file marked "Cook" When was the last time Geelong or North gave away a good player? We got chumped with these two.

There is IMO a large problem having a Media person like Mitchel on the board. He would get inside information that he would have trouble keeping to himself. How would he have coped during the Tanking investigation. IMO being a board member means the vast majority of the time you have to keep your trap shut. A bit difficult for people who make their living out of shooting from the hip.

PSD I have been saying this for seven years. The vast majority of our selections have been Choir boys for the last seven years. Nice guys don't win premierships. In fact the can't even win any games at present.

I mentioned earlier on here I saw a Amos game on Saturday third level. Similar to you WJ they played like there was no tomorrow for each other. And all they get is a pat on the back from a hundred supporters if they are lucky. We have sure messed up somewhere
