Oh please not JVR on the back of one good game against a terrible Richmond outfit. I know we need height but the guy messes up our forward line play. He seldom takes a mark against a good opponent. If he is in I hope they play him as a decoy drawing a good defender away from the action.

I had lost confidence in him, his first month was terrible. The last two weeks he has kicked 2 goals each week. That is a satisfactory result for a forward in today's game. If JVR was kicking 2 a week I would be very happy with him this year. We have lost Petty and potentially Milkshake as forwards for next week's game. Who comes is? How would you know when there is no VFL game to gauge performance.

We could with a little luck sneak into the finals this year however there is no chance this side will make a GF this year. We are seriously short of key position players. We have no FF, no CHF our centres are ok, then our KPBs are either ageing and or now injury prone. We have lots of good back up and support players but very few match winners when the chips are down against the top sides. Witness tomorrows side no FF, no CHF, no CHB. We will have fill in players in those roles. It is vital this coming off season that we get a quality FF or CHF. We are going nowhere without those players. You can forget Fullerton and Jefferson they are VFL talents at best. JVR is an average top level player who will never win a game for us off his skill, he is not a go to player IMO.

Gone as soon as contract expires. As DD says no intensidy. You have it or don't, it cannot be taught. Kentland has it in spades. You need skill as well but without it you won't make a Senior level player especially if you are a KPF.

He was poor last year before the baby was conceived.

Fritz will stay in I am not a fan over the last 18 months but 2.2 goals is as good if not better than anyone on the list at present. I think they will rest Turner for another week. In Milkshake and JVR. Out Sharp and Fullarton, both are not senior level talents. Goodwin doesn't normally make many unforced changes to a winning side.

What about Spargo! Another poor game last night.

It's time the media got stuck into the VFL competition it is terrible how can you have 2 byes in a month? But I won't hold my breath. The only up side is we can take a number of emegencies to WA.

Spargo is a weak link I would drop him for Milkshake.

The problem is bing there is no VFL game next week. So he can only get game time in the seniors. Turner was out with concussion, the extra week off is a good idea. Playing after concussion was terrible in the past it is serious problem so let's be conservative.

There is no VFL game next weekend so he goes to Perth. I am not a big fan but he is miles better than Jefferson and Fullerton.

Between him and Jefferson we have come up empty handed.

Dees by 3 goals it should be more but we have the lead weight back in the forward line this week.

JVR played well as against last week. And so he should at this level. Jefferson again less than average. He struggles even at this level, will fade away in the next couple of years just isn't a AFL talent.

Hmm not much of a choice. Sharp is poor. Spargo is ok on good days and who knows on Culley with no senior games and just starting out.

Why would you play him down back he would be a disaster.

He cannot play that role, there is a hardly a defensive bone in his body.

I am with you played 3 quarters of poor football at Casey and back in. He had better get a couple tomorrow night.
