  1. No change to the goalsquare but the man on the mark has to stand a further 5 metres back and the fullback can play on without kicking to himself. Will be interesting - a sharp footed kicker in might lob one in the forward line. There will some new set plays developed over the summer
  2. What's a "tele prompter" ? Is it some sort of technological teaser pony ?
  3. "PEDO" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a gun!!!! Loved him!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. You know Red, I've been reflecting on this and you maybe correct. There are some unresolved matters - - The misunderstanding over the neighbour's missus. - The unfortunate accident with "The Lads" and another neighbour's prized orchids - And the ridiculous claim that I set the dog on children last Halloween - Most recently, there is the disgruntled former maid who asserts that that certain duties I required were beyond her ( or any reasonable persons) contractual obligations. A lot of fuss over nothing really but perhaps you could tidy them up for me. As you can understand, the "readies" are currently a bit short at The Manor so I'm sure a pro bono arrangement for a fellow denizen of this thread could be arranged.
  5. It's all hypothetical at this moment 'lad ! Although some of the posts I've read seem more like hypofantasy.
  6. Let me know if Stuie sneaks back under another name.
  7. I see no sense in picking on people who can defend themselves! In fact it could be dangerous!!
  8. Me too Jane ! You need characters like Bernie to stop footy becoming too sanitised. Plus he was a bloody good player!
  9. Two lawyers in a restaurant FMD! I couldn't come up with a joke for that but here's a true story. I recently read that the major research universities are removing rats from laboratory experiments and replacing them with lawyers. They gave three reasons for this- There are more lawyers than rats Laboratory assistants grieve when a rat dies. There are some things even a rat won't do.
  10. I watched Oscar closely at the games I attended. He has made a vast improvement and I can't believe the negative posts he still receives. He has muscled up but more importantly, has learnt to hold his position much more strongly in a contest. He has also gained confidence/assurance and has more (and better) decision making time. His kicking out of defence is generally good. The club stuck by Oscar and have been rewarded with a top defender who will get even better.
  11. I'm uncomfortable with jokes about infectious diseases
  12. Given that we cant give a yelp until pick 33 and it looks like about 25% of our list is moving out we will need to do some fancy trading! However, we did pick up Max at about 33 I think.
  13. Bah to being gracious. Far better being nasty, resentful and petty in defeat. And Jane …. stick some knitting needles under your fingernails for feeling sympathy towards a filth supporter.
  14. Is there an icy atmosphere in the @jane02 household tonight?
  15. I wonder if @Ethan Tremblay indulged in a scat throwing celebration?
  16. What a beautiful thing - the filth nutted in the last moments. Melbourne must learn from that. The weagles were jumped and trailed by 5 goals yet fought their way back - that's what premiers do.
  17. I don't know anything about this bloke except that he's a big bastard. Can he play forward? Can he mark and kick a goal?
