  1. If Jack Viney turned into Nathan Jones, the sound of the impact would be heard over several city blocks!
  2. I was similar... went from 165cm at 17 to 188cm at 19.
  3. Exactly, which is why, as Wiseblood so rightly said, he will learn from it.
  4. This is an attitude I have never quite understood. Why would anyone ever "hope" that our players will be delisted?
  5. Ahhh... sorry, my grey matter is a little dysfunctional today.
  6. As is Rivers in defence. I'm really pleased for him though.
  7. In (kind of) 3 words... Surely you're takingthepiss!
  8. Yes, but to what effect? He was probably up against a better side in Port anyway.
  9. You're saying that sitting on the bench all night would have been better than actually getting game time with Casey?
  10. Didn't you know... they're going to be fighting us for the spoon.
  11. Casey FC tweeted the best players: "Best players for the day: J. Fitzpatrick, D. Kent, V. Michie, P. Pattison, J. Spencer, A. Brayshaw"
  12. Now Collingwood's Jack Crisp has been named as being investigated for the same offence. Coincidentally, the Pies play the Doggies tonight.

  15. Let's hope the club honours his memory today by absolutely demolishing the Bummers!
  16. If ever further proof of the risks of illicit drug consumption was needed, there it is!
  17. It's been a bad few moinths for bass players, first this gentleman (Jack Bruce) and just in the past week or so, Free's Andy Fraser (see my post in the Nuggets thread). Most remember Jack for his blues and rock and most particularly for Cream, but he was a very accomplished jazz musician... With the Jazz Composers Orchestra (Carla Bley, John McLaughlin, Gato Barbieri etc)
  18. Vale Andy Fraser.... bass player extraordinaire
