Don't trade him. Just tell him he needs to work harder. If we had another tall key forward who would take the best defender each week fritta would be freed up. But yes he definitely needs to work on his defensive game. A bit of pressure wouldn't go astray.

Agree, I'm not sure why he had to raise the elbow. That's the bit I didn't realise what he did until I saw it replayed. It just doesn't help us or him being suspended again. In face it's getting a little tiresome
