Clubs are now doing Yoga as well. Meditation is great and someone asked him on radio the other day how he relaxes and how he comes across as so calm relaxed and the first thing he said was meditation. Ive never been a fan of Buckley but I like how this season he has just stripped back his list and got kids in. He has got rid of obvious troublemakers such as Shaw and his mate Didak and let Jolly go. Throw them in our midfield along side Jones, Viney, Trengove and Toumpas and you cant get a spot.

Lets hope he can show that form that he had in r23 against us. Isnt it funny that a year ago neeld was criticised for bringing in older players but no one says anything when roos does it. Im not having a go at roos and I guess the difference is these guys can actually play. But now our midfield looks a bit tougher and finally jones will get some help. The positive thing is he has a good attiude and is very hungry to play
