First there was lots of yelling in delight, followed by lots of cussing, before 45 minutes of breaking the sound barrier that was the euphoria of the 3rd and 4th quarters.

There’s a few houses along my route to work that still have their fences painted in Dees colours from GF week in 2021. And good on them too. I for one will never stop celebrating our drought breaking 13th premiership #stillgiddy#

What is Fishy? 😱 Only the Fish Creek Football Netball Club. Won the second most number of senior premierships of any Aussie Rules football club in Australia (behind Port Adelaide Magpies). Hopefully we can add #37 to go with #14 for the Dees in a few weeks time. If I had to choose only one it would be the Dees, but only just.

Enjoy the ‘less stressful’ days while you can. Anyways, I’ve only got 3 more days as Fishy are playing in the 2nd Semi this Saturday. Win and we’re straight through to the granny.
