The entire AFLPA seem to be on another planet. Their warrant is to facilitare the welfare and conditions for players as it occurs WITHIN the context of the game, not to attempt to dictate above its station. If hair,blood, urine or any other testibg is deemed necessary in order to maintain compliance well then they (players) can bloody well suck it up. Clearly the League needs to man up and remind these clowns (wannabe kings) just where all belong in the grwat scheme of things. To dare the AFLPA has shown bizarre contempt for the health and wellbeing of the very individuals who actually require it. The understanding of the rules and implementation of testing together with penalties should leave no room for neither misinterpreting nor non-compliance. Thats why we're in this shlt !!

shhhhh!!!! Im sure the records are all but in plain sight in thinking about it. What is lacking is any ability to subpoena them. Im sure DC and anyone else with IT experience will vouch for this... Most users ( ppl using a pc/laptop ) have no real idea what theyre doing beyond the basics... thats why they have IT guys to come in , set things, up , do updates, do recoveries etc etc etc. Very few users clean up their files etc. Often anything ever created , saved, copied on a laptop is invariably still there in some form until the day it gets 'upgraded". I firmly believe the records have always existed because they needed to in order for a program such as this to run. Yes Martha, even the nasty people need methods, checks and balances etc. If we follow the ruse as deployed by Essendon all they ever said was THEY didnt have records and maybe they dont,.Given the clandestine nature of the whole mess , noting it was done very 3rd party, off -site and by persons operating in shadows ( all but ) there probably were NO records kept in any mammer at windy hill. Many of the texts between Golden Boy and Donks etc suggest Hird worked on the basis of reporting. i.e Donk would relay the latest "findings" etc Hird has set up his plausible deniability and its this he has always run with. If I were part of the IT for this lot it wold have been done on a DATABASE... If these mobs were just running the Office suite its more than likely all this info exists in an "ACCESS" database. Would have been well suited to it . Granted , if a user had some idea of what they were doing they could set this up. Once you have your head around fields and forms etc , you can do it. i totally agree. If EFC( stuffed ) was to morph into a new club but still be called Bombers etc...and live at Windy Hill...but be entirely disassociated with the priors admin etc .. might work.. After all the lawsuits coming its way it might go this path any way. If they fold though...dont care
