  1. Bloke at work...Grandmother of Judd Someone who passed someone in the street Lovely anecdotal stuff ..but reminds me of horse tips !! I'll wait to see how it all pans out. I hope he can coach...and well.
  2. Now that's a good question. I say that not particularly to be critical of Goody as my only real concern about him is not actually coaching related. But its a very good question none the less. Thankyou
  3. If it doesn't I will own my comments. I always do What will you do when they all go on holiday...join them perhaps ? In solidarity !! Your whole stance is relative denial...it hasn't happened yet so nan nah nah !!. You don't recognise the procedural stauts of the current hearing etc Some of us don't need to be ht by the Reality Bus to know it's coming...and therefore get out the way. Stand still by all means
  4. This to me is where any such logic is folly. If you are only expecting to get 2 years at the back end of a 4 year paid employment then surely you're better off taking another player with the draft pick or using it otherwise and you still have 2 years to find other players. If Milkshake gets the ban I expect you wouldn't see him play until 2018 !! Brilliant recruiting
  5. A well thought out appreciation of the dilemma.
  6. Agree. It night come down to hairs splitting. Twas a murky world at the Hill. Goodwin was there. He may be cleared but he'll be looked over.. and over. They all will be.
  7. Ok....8th it is ! All going to depend how with come out of the blocks. Need some early confidence building.
  8. Which brings us back to 2 years less suspension served. Should see them surface ...oh...around August 2017
  9. If Asada deem him cool for school then im very much looking forward to his style of game.
  10. Thats the question i agree. He might well be 'that' inspired choice but will Asada have its input.
  11. Ill change boxers and let you know
  12. Yes it does...just saying. It didn't in this thread for the reasons you mentioned. But every time i go to the Saga thread an older part answer is there even though i later completed it and posted. Ah well
  13. Youre crazy At the very least. I agree with you
  14. Asada as it's now known was very light on resources. This case/prosecution is unique. Asasa was extremely stretched in just bringing anything against the players let alone those above them. I've had it suggested to me Asada we far too trusting of the AFL and thought possibly they would do more. Even so they knew/ know that those 'others' will still be there to attend to. Since Asada's makeover and invigoration from Wada it has a new lease of life ( aka kick up the bum ) The Reids, the Hirds, the Danks, the Charters,Alavis etc will be already in sights. If Goodwin is as well, then he goes as well. I have no sympathy for any involved.
  15. Stuie the minute CAS finds in favour of WADA and bans Melksham what will be your position ? When Asada announce the infractions against the EFC staff, including Goodwin how will you argue then? I thought our club was becoming super smart. I just don't understand going after a so-so player with an axe poised above him when that pick could have been more wisely chosen. Nothing emanating from the club instils me with confidence it understands the WADA position any more than the AFL does. ( btw..fyi...it doesn't ) For the record I've never panicked about this. I'm actually just very matter if fact. My view hasn't changed since day 1 of this debacle. Much of your positioning is invective of adding disassociated ideas as if they had merit. All you can reason us as they haven't been banned yet all is well and the MF C is above reproach. As another suggested. You don't really get it. You have company though. As they say, Christmas is coming. Santa's checked his list...twice. He knows who's been naughty. So does Asada, so does WADA. Truth be known the AFL does also. I reckon CAS has a pretty good idea too. I'm happy with my view and understanding of what's happened and will happen yet. I'm very disappointed the club has willingly compromised it's position. No one forced us to and that to be honest confounds me. Each to own I suppose.
  16. There's no panicked opinion. Its reasoned. You're the troll running around quoting/misquoting...changing context to suit your particular stance. Many of us here have vehemently stood to a stance that sees the 34 and support as guilty. Not just guilty but about to go on extended holidays. This is backed by understanding what's happened and the protocols in place to take prosecution to its inevitable conclusion. That you fail to comprehend how compromised this club now is is at the core of your ranting.
  17. As nothing has actually been brought against the coaches and support etc by Asada the notion that evidence is restricted to that brought against the players is a misnomer. Anything relevant and found can be used. These aren't /won't be 'de novo' as per the CAS hearing...these will be new from the start. Bring it
  18. Its a unique situation Bing It will pan out in its own course.
  19. There's no requirement for simultaneously charging players and coaches etc. This is a unique situation. It will pan out however it does.
  20. Ok...Strangely when on mob plat. When i go to reply to a post an older reply keeps coming up. Have to erase it before writing new one. Odd
  21. No new prosecution s ? Don't bet on it
  22. When CAS finds against the players this will lay the table for a lay down misère against those responsible upstream. It's the transgression that keeps on giving !
  23. A few of us discussed this the other night. My thinking is we'll win 10-13 games....all depending on a couple of likely lads stepping up and an even year of injury. This being so...we could go 8th...and I'd love to do so but reluctantly i think 9th.
  24. Definitely two pillars upon which our new success will have been built.
