Nor do I . From my seat we look all too similar unfortunately. Some areas better, some worse. Different folk in the same jumpers. After 3 years , and especially last year I'd have expected more quite honestly. There are glaring deficiencies all across the paddock. Need a FB. Need a 2nd fwd. Need more mids. Need coherency and purpose coming out the back. Need better efforts and consistency through the guts, need more and effective targets up front. Need a better game plan. All of this sounds familiar. It shouldn't. We should be passed this by now. We. seem to take longer than most to get places . Bit over it.

It's the coaches job to make them accountable, to highlight the shortcomings to remind players of the role and give a rev up where needed. Sunday seemed a fail in that regards

At season's start I thought 10..and absolute signs of improvement. I struggle to see us winning more than 8 now and our game is like snakes and ladders....some things better , others WORSE overall...still mediocre. Going nowhere fast unless something manifestly changes

Surely it's beholden upon the line coaches to keep those in their charge in check. We are all over the shop. Someone is to be accountable. This case it's Rawlings.

Rawlings style of defending used to be capable...but then it was accountable and only capable of defending. Trying to introduce an attacking counterside has been a failure imho. We're now totally unglued down there.

I really wonder at times ( like now ) if this team has really come any distance or is it just the names on the lockers just cloud the reality. We still play a lot of dumb soft footy and still get kicked in the nuts by the likes of the Saints 2016 and still very ordinary. Don't delude yourselves folks. It's a merry go round going nowhere ..... Still !!!
