I just kinda went with what they were showing us.. Without panels is undoubtedly a more classical design. But in the vein of the "modern" jumper , and they tend to be very snug !!..I dont mind the panels. I think its what the fashion people call 'definition'. maybe our own style guru "Jaded" might know more about al lthis. I think there are also panels these days to facilitate the ergonomics of the jumper !!. Of course I could be talking rubbish...its happened before !!

thought the 'new' jumper needed fleshing out a little I tend to agree it would make a lot of sense to actually see some designs on bodies

Im wondering if you cant have both as options ?? Use which ever suits the inferred clash best ??

Yeah..I thought the blue panels sort of gave it more form and a bit of a lift. Looks quite dynamic. Im only a lay person though..lol

Well..we can only try !! I think the club might be genuinely heartened that we ( supporters) have so much interest in it. Im probably biased on my preferences..but am glad we are getting a hearing. Should be interesting to see what comes out of it all

Vlad..our imperialist leader..all hail Vlad !! has suggested that possibly 8 might not be the 'best' fit for finals if 18 teams come to fruition !! Vlad...what are you on ? Are you honestly suggesting the final series you reign over isnt good enough?. Actually I agree..there's 4 too many teams. But you want 5 more..you want 9 ?? Folks if ever you wanted proof there is nothing more in the itenary for the AFL to extract money where its not warranted then here it is. This guy is a clown. Andrew, there is no ned to change the system just because you want to add more teams. You make a mockery of the competition as it is let alone adding more games to the finals series. Sorry...I can see it now..9 teams works so well !! how remiss of me. AD..you and the organisation you so sorrowfully represent are now almost comical. Lets admit it shall we..It's all about money, all about more games to air!! Why not have a final 18 !!..a round robin ?? Vlad..Finals are Finals for a very good reason. They are supposed to represent the teams that have earnt a right to compete for the final prize. This means attrition. Not all teams make it. I know this means conntless sleepless nights as you ponder how to tell the sponsors..but youre a big boy now...arent you ?? But we do understand the workings of the Death Star. . You wont allow a footy mad state to compete.. you wont implement stategies that may alienate Collingwood. You will persist in expansionist ideas despite council rulings. You will go where no ground is allowed.. in fact it seems you do as you damn well please. But if a final 5 was sillyness..isnt a final 9 just as ludicrous ??

Queen..thats the obligatory $64 isnt it !! myabe they ar taking some ( if only a little ) notice as Ive had more responses back from the club in last week than for many a year !! I take THAT as a plus !! If I was cynical ( god forbid ) I might think its because any time I respond it might be with money !! lol I think the club may enjoy that we ( as a group ) are passionate enough to worry or concern oursleves with how the club looks on game day !! The pajamas are Soooooo very wrong.. some other ideas..rather dated..possibly even the ones I like.. The point is.. there is interest. What needs to happen is the CLUB need to OWN the away jumper, not be told what to wear. we need as a club to decide whether we are simply participating in the competition..or cmpeting in it !! Im not sure what teh clubwould garner from a decent away jumper..but if they could sell 5000 of them and make 40 on each thats 200,000. But at end of te day ...Id be happy with a jumper I didnt cringe at. If youre paid to play you wear whats given you.. but as a supporter we pay to wear..I dont want crap! ..so far..Ive seen crap!! The other aspect is if the community at large see we are 'real'..not a pasing fancy..then we may garner a littel more respect..and a few more might feel inclined to join because we are a real club with real identity. Im sure many may think this is ridiculous, but who wants to be associated with night-wear. Collingwood ( bless their littel cruddy hearts ) are given begrudging respect because they stand for something, even if its collective ire.. but what are we ? Maybe some heritage..some thign sound might carry weight. So much is ...visual.

Thats better actually ( all plaudits to those along the way too.. lol ) the somewhat larger emblem sits well lifted onto chest. even the blue piping looks good looks good

By all means let him forward, but prudence suggests (and I always listen to her !! ) that we continue his development as a Back, we're a tad short on them currently

I think tis is a salient comment.. Id buy it too. Id be proud to wear that guernsey to a match etc.. to wear the colours. it looks the part...not a 'this weeks' attempt abiding the AFL.. Its looks like a real footy jumper...well it is !! lol Amongst a sea of spectators ...hundreds..indeed thousands of those would stand out !!

Not really a Clash jumper..more a stylised version of what we have. Id be ok with that in NAB games...just not 'real' ones

Think you'll find thats another instance of "Danniher blindness".. Neale constantly refused to let some players get much of a chance whilst persisting in mediocrity. Stangely Bailey has a different outlook ( thankgod ) and aloows oportunities for development. PJ may not be the answer.. Jamar definitely isnt

Many seem to be under some misaprehension, or dare I suggest delusion that we are going to be able to go from Dudds to Studs overnight with some wholesale rejuvenation of the list. This plainly cant happen, even if we wanted it to. As it happens without much effort we've already lightened the load by four. There is a very good chance a rookie or three will be 'talked" to and still a chance that another senior ( possibly two ) may yet feel the wrath of a disenchanted Bailey come October 13. We arent blessed with limitless Rucks at present, hence the urgency of obtaining someone such as the topic of this thread. Having said that its quite realistic to think that one of Jamar/ PJ may yet see the door. The answer is in the idea of who can fill in for a year until someone else is obtained or developed, whilst at the same time earning an honest quid on the ground ? Who votes..the dark horse Meesen ? cant see any hands..not surprising who thinks PJ ? well I for one who Jamar ?? work it out amongst yourselves. Im under no illusions if PJ cant step up..he too will be gone end of next season Ultra dark horse...as some think.. possibly Spencer might pop up.. but sanity suggests it wi be later in next year rather than earlier ..if at all.
