How does it matter how many teams ? Still same number of games.12 wins WILL get you in the 8. It will be determined but percentage though as a few more teams may end up crowding the door !

This goes to the heart of it in a way. All this was done almost off the cuff and with simple dumb determination ( dumb in this instance simply meaning blind -faith style ) So given a good time to think about things and plan , who knows who is on the radar.

I cant quite see how you see it as a clean slate. He had essentialy for the most part what he was handed. He got to make a couple of changes but hardly goes to 'clean slate'This coming EOS he has a chance to wipe it a bit cleaner and draw his own picture
