Can’t stand VAR Zeph. Stops the game too long and when you think the moment has passed a game defining ‘counter’ decision is made. Seen the replay a few times now it wasn’t even a foul. Yeah Mcgree’s first touch. Crazy good finish though. Ah Real, that is pretty funny! Quite a bit of pressure on guys like Bale to perform this season.

Tuned in to the A-League opener tonight at about 60 mins. Decent game from what I saw, sounded like Victory really should have taken the points. Will try to get down for a game or two.
  3. They should do a news report live at the beach for Jesse’s first wave he catches back in WA.
  4. I was keen on May as 1 but 12 or 16 makes sense too. Bradtke as 50 I’d love to see that.

  7. Now that’s interesting!
  8. Will definitely be good to have some fun in a nice laid back ‘coastal’ town

Khalil Mack despite the ankle injury has been killing it. I really feel like he could end up being one of those balance of power players like Charles Haley was in the 90s. The Packers or Lions should have gone for him purely for the fact that they then wouldn’t have to play him 10 times over the next 5 seasons ? If I wanted to be ridiculed by everyone here I’d say he was just about MVP before week 6.

Did Richmond miss out on Polly as well?
  11. Over and out
  12. Pretty poor.
  13. We'll just file this under the 'if Watts kicks a goal on the siren against us' section.

And with the QB staying in the pocket it’s even more obvious, you can get a bit of lenience if the ball is in flight at least. Silly, but not what decided the game. Not by a long shot. Thought the game was officiated well. They made some good additions to their defense but they look like they still need some time.

Macca I don’t know why I used the word harsh, I meant unfortunate. It wasn’t harsh at all, was a long day today.. Penalty every time, if the QB remains in the pocket a defender can’t initiate contact of any kind, unless of course it’s to protect themselves. But it was unfortunate, bit like in Soccer when a defender lunges and gives away a clear penalty but you still feel for them.
  17. That’s ridiculous
  18. Oh hahahaha. It’s clever I’ll definitely give you that!
  19. They’re an interesting creature of the night, that’s for sure..
  20. Hogan is in the building! Oh what’s this? A leg drop on Josh Mahoney!
  21. Yep, never gonna knock anyone for feeling disappointed. He’s a loss, no doubt about it and deep down I think anyone who cares deeply about this club wanted to see him part of it. We had to do what was best for the next 3-5 seasons, the FD deemed this the way to go. It’s a moment in time and we have no idea how it will pan out.
  22. This is where it’s important how you part ways with a player. If heaven forbid it didn’t work out you’d like to think he would prefer a return to us over 3rd club. Dayne Beams is a great example.
  23. As Sam Newman would say “Oh well”
