  1. 'Knows where to run' Can't believe I'm saying this but we need that badly right now.
  2. Take the general staging element out of it for a sec. Yes there's plenty of it that goes unpunished blah blah I agree. Opening up the phone lines and specifically zeroing in on staging in a sling tackle... A) Can you differentiate between this and say a ducked high tackle from a small forward? Was this simply easier to catch him out on as you can disguise knew dropping better than banging your head against the ground? B) Secondly is this the first fine for staging in a sling tackle?
  3. Oliver had an interrupted pre season but people still claiming that he's underdone after 14 games doesn't gel. The guy used to be 'untaggable' and even when you sat someone on him he'd have 25 touches, now all of a sudden he gets a hard tag and looks human. I know he's been through a lot but if I was told in January that despite playing every game to this point we weren't going to have something even close to the Clarry of old and it would be a major cause of a slump, I wouldn't be too excited. My question for tonight: Why aren't we rewarding players who show obvious ticker? In the dying minutes ANB's smother and Brown's tackle were characteristic of these players, why do we persist in not rewarding someone like Taj Woewodin who displays these traits as well?
  4. Sounds like a guy in the crowd at Jerry Seinfeld last night who saw him in Sydney and then bought a ticket to the Melb show just so he could ask him in front of 11,000 people if he could have the selfie he promised in Sydney.
  5. Gee glad I didn't come on here today.. To see one of the better and solid contributors to DL get torn down for stating a perfectly valid opinion is embarrassing. This is why so many including myself are limiting their time on here, it's really sad how many great posters aren't even on here anymore. It's not changing anytime soon so enjoy the toboggan ride.
  6. Got what he deserved. Just make it consistent.
  7. This is 100% correct. I never thought qe were making top 4 or winning it this year and it was seen as negative by some. I thought making the 8 was where this team was at. Playing finals and hopefully winning a final is a good step in the long run.
  8. I'm with you. It's a cheap trick and stupid.
  9. Jack (Jack), I'm your Jack I'm your Jack when you want Taj. Save (save) save the game Save for 10 mins yeah!
  10. Let's never forget that Max is the leader and soul of this club. His clearing kick late in the game was up there with Kynan's tackle before it came back the other way.
  11. 6. Viney 5. Gawn 4. Rivers 3. May 2. Sparrow 1. Brown - Yes he gets one for THAT tackle
  12. The real Jack Viney stood up
  13. 22 frees to 20. We got bigger fish to fry Loges. Some horrible decisions in that last quarter but our performance is way off right now.
  14. Highlight of the night was definitely Kynan Brown's tackle. Well done son. Followed by ANB's smother. Without these amazing acts we don't win the footy game.
  15. In form team of the comp versus out form team of the comp. Cross everything you got.
  16. Joeboy: Just a game
  17. Don't know what was worse, England's performance after Kane's goal or us after half time.
  18. Don't blame the umpires, we were garbage in that last quarter. Look within
  19. One HELL of a close shave
  20. Don't fix my posts please
  21. Sickness and in health
  22. Nibbler heart and soul
  23. North can genuinely win this
