As a replacement Billings has given us nothing. It all adds up

We have also effectively “lost” Oliver at this stage. He is currently Half the player he was. Considering what went on last year and over Summer, he should have been playing at Casey till after the Bye. First Game against North. To gain serious form and respect. Playing him in the Seniors all year has been a major backfire. The major problem i see, is that we are seeing the same things repeatedly. The Coaches are waiting for things to “click” It’s a huge Gamble, and not the way I would approach things, Maybe now that Tracc has gone down there is no choice, but to implement major structural changes We will certainly see if Clarrie can still play, because his workload just got a lot heavier

We have lost A Grade Players since ‘21, and have replaced them with VFL standard Players

The excuses for our Finals Departures over the last 2 years (All 4 of them) are just Bizarre. WE GOT BEATEN by More efficient Teams That is all on the Coaching Staff And what has changed this year??

We haven’t been good this year, apart from the Adelaide Sojourn. The Forward Connection continues to Haunt us for 3 years now, what makes you think Goodwin is going to fix the problem, if he hasn’t done it already? I am not crucifying the Coach, but i cannot believe we still have the same gaping problem we had 3 years ago. Where are the “Learnings”? Or is, what is being coached just plain wrong. What concerns me most is that Goodwin sticks around until we hit Rock Bottom and then walks. I would rather salvage the list now.

Yes, but what is it you disagree with and think is humorous? I stand by everything i have said. The last 3 years have been a very poor Failure, with the Club not addressing issues, we all know exist. Too many people stay Calm at the MFC whilst others Clubs just carve us up…

Disagree. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t room for improvement, but our list in ‘21 was Top Shelf, it is now a shadow of that.

All this should have been done years ago. It’s elementary stuff for professional coaches
