September is getting closer. Will Jones be able to help the MFC win a final(s)? i have always thought that Jones as a footballer has been overrated, his courage and commitment is a different matter. But September will be red hot. I want club success. Not all players are going to make it, Jonesy maybe one of them.

No i am not a medico, but i did go to a school that had kids who had suffered brain injuries So i saw the consequences up close And 3-4 weeks was what the club was saying last October/November, because they can only ever speculate on a load bearing injury i hope he plays again this year.

Sweeping medical statements?? i have had foot problems since i was a kid, so because of that i have read up a bit on the subject. Sorry if that bothers you. As i said before, changing load bearing points on a foot is always going to cause new problems.

Sadly i agree Mr TGR. You can never rush a foot injury. The weight going through it, will always find the weak spots

Maybe. But it will be game by game management. Foot problems don’t go away usually, they are managed. That i know from personal experience. Putting loads through different parts of a foot are always going to cause problems even for regular folk, loads on a footy players feet would be off the dial, so i will enjoy each game he plays

Every game Jack Viney plays from now on will be a bonus in my opinion, whether it’s foot or toe, it is obvious he has changed the way he walks/runs which will cause “hot spots”
