Agreed. But this Board needs to realize that it has made mistakes. If it doesn’t then we are in for another turbulent time. An independent review at Seasons end is the way to go. This years drop off is more than just a few tweaks I believe.

Have you listened to what Max Gawn said after the game? Nathan Jones talked about players splitting into groups..the reason i will never like 2 Captains Nathan has seen it before, so he obviously is not the man to pull the team together. The players may want to work their asses off, but they are not fit enough to do it. We play well in 5 minute bursts and then break down...that has been happening all year.

The things you speak of must be addressed Older, this is exactly why we need an independent review, so absolutely nothing is left unscathed. I don’t Trust The Board or The President to make the right calls this time. We wait and see...
