It all comes to what role the club wants him to play and his personal view. IN a well structured team a highly skilled, calm presence is more important that speed. I hope he gets another year in some form. He is still young 25 and has a lot to offer. unfortunately his two games seems to have mirrored Grimes, a good win and then a poor team game. Hopefully that won't be held against him. We'll know end of season.

Actually disagree, I doubt there will be 100% of players full committed to every goal/idea of the club/coach. Simply because they may feel undervalued running around in the 2nd's, human ego is a fickle thing. This is human nature, those players are then moved on which we see every season. Not if the top 90% of players are fully in that will create the successful culture.

The club would be taking a long term view. We are so much better now in giving time for players to develop and be set for AFL than any proviso time. It shows when they come in an play. We'll see Gus next year back at the top.

GWS has a problem, so much talent in terms of picks but they play crap as a team. Looks like a team of skilful players who don't really like each other much. Want them to beat the tigers as thats better for use and puts more doubt in their team.
