Discussing draft prospects with WJ on a walk tonight and very possible we will have a choice of 4 very good players at 9. It might not even be impossible for one of those to be Aish. Interesting times ahead.

Are there rules about recording or monitoring my telephone conversations? Yes. Monitoring (listening in to), or recording of telephone conversations, is a matter tightly controlled by law. The federal Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 and State and Territory listening devices laws may both apply to this activity. The general rule is that the call may not be recorded. There are exceptions to these rules in very limited circumstances including where a warrant applies. If a call is to be recorded or monitored, an organisation must tell you at the beginning of the conversation so that you have the chance either to end the call, or to ask to be transferred to another line where monitoring or recording does not take place (if this is available). Reasons organisations may monitor or record conversations could include: to protect you in your dealings with the organisation to provide a record in the event of a dispute about the transaction to improve customer service. Telephone companies may also need to monitor the quality of transmission on the telecommunications network for maintenance purposes. The Communications Alliance Ltd (formerly ACIF) have developed strict guidelines around this form of monitoring to protect customer privacy. If you would like more information about this monitoring, contact your telephone company providing your service.PS. The above are not my words, but a copy of a summary on the subject.

Papers reporting that Pelchen and Choco are best mates. Williams must be odds on for the job.

Therefore the problem is simple. Jetta and Nicholson I have read, are our only 2 uncontracted players. If we think we can pick better, they go if not they stay.

Have just got back from o/s and see all these foreign horses in the cup, most of which I know nothing about. My advice, use a pin. Dear Demi was a good run though on saturday.

Polanski just won the Derby and he is out of a mare called Citrium, that I raced many years ago. Congrats to the owners who bought him for only $4000.00 and to Greg Willis at Chatswood who still owns the mare and has a couple of siblings to sell, that have now jumped up in value.

Don't disagree. We are on the nose with AFL players and their Managers and we have to turn that around. Roos is the lynchpin here. Improvement on and off the field will change perceptions. We need the boys that have joined us to become part of a proper football club and then alllow the word to spread by actions, more so than conversations. The Port situation is a good example. A basket case one year and a desirable club the next.

It can be if you have a recruiter and list manager that are good at their jobs. Good drafting and trading over two years can make a huge difference. Lets look at last year and this year so far, before the 2013 draft. Ins Hogan, Viney, Toumpas, Dawes, Terlich, Clisby, Jones, Vince, Tyson, Cross, Michie, Barry. With pick 9 to come and PSD 2 and a couple of other picks in the ND that is a big turnaround. Then of course there is good coaching and development and we have to hope that Roos and his men will be better than those before, ( shouldn't be too hard). I am setting myself up for a fall here, but I believe that with good luck injury wise, a good game plan and buy in from the players, Mitch Clarke playing a whole year with Hogan and Dawes, improvement in some of those named above, a couple more good picks in the drafts coming up and good development, we will make a significant improvement this year. Then again, we are the MFC.

Just watched the Daniel Cross Dee TV interview. The guy looks pretty keen to show the Dogs they got rid of him too early. Training hard and looks in good nick. Interesting we lost Sylvia who I think never did better than 5th in the Bluey. Cross has won the Dog's B & F in 2008 and has finished 2nd, 4 times and 3rd, once. We got him for nothing and picked up Vince for the Sylvia compo, who is the same age as Colin, but like Cross has had more team and individual success. Think we have done ok with these two, time will tell.

Lower the dose Biffo, I think the meds are too strong. PS. I wish I had enough hair left to have a Beatles moptop.
