It was more than just a "service" of the office computer. More of a replacement of the system and one of the tech guys was working on it by remote overnight on the fateful evening when the thread up and disappeared. It's only a working theory of mine that this is what happened but no one knows for sure. In the meantime, please lay off Nasher.
